The Pahu Restaurant and Aparima Bar join on Wednesday nights, setting the scene for the Resort's Polynesian Evening. The Hina cocktail at Aparima Bar, a mix of fresh coconut water and coconut puree with vanilla infused rum served in a coconut shell, is a must before the Tahitian themed buffet dinner at Te Pahu Restaurant.
The evening ends with the spellbinding traditional Tamure dance to the ancient beat of Toere drums. Wednesday nights only at Te Pahu Restaurant. Reservations recommended. Dress code is resort casual.
