2. Promotion Conditions: A minimum stay of three nights is required; two nights will be charged, and the third night is valued at COP $0. Only one additional night will be complimentary per reservation, even if more nights are booked.

3. Includes: Daily buffet breakfast at Harry’s Restaurant for the booking guests and one-way airport-to-hotel transportation, which must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.

4. Excludes: Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, tips, minibar, departure transportation, and meals other than the buffet breakfast.

5. Payment Conditions: Rates must be paid in Colombian pesos, applying the Representative Market Rate (TRM) at the time of booking.

6. Cancellation Policy* The rate is non-refundable and does not allow modifications or cancellations. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a penalty equivalent to 100% of the reserved Promotion value.

7. Prior Reservation Required: Guests must have a prior reservation to enjoy the promotion, which can be made through the hotel's website, reception, email, or phone.

8. Organizer's Responsibility: The organizer is not responsible for damages, injuries, theft, or losses experienced by guests during the promotion, unless the responsibility is directly attributable according to applicable law and these terms and conditions.

9. Reservation Limit: There is no limit on the number of promotions available, but each person can reserve a maximum of three promotions under the same name and identification number.

10. Acceptance of Terms: By participating, guests accept these terms and conditions, which will be available at the hotel’s reception and on the website during the reservation and redemption period.
